This recruiting engine includes a team of experienced technical recruiters, a robust database of candidates built over more than 25 years of cumulative hands on recruiting experience, online skill testing, reference checking, background screening and finally client submittal.

Ability to leverage in-house products & solutions :

iTalent along with dWise has built some exciting products (a few have been mentioned earlier in this document). A lot of these can be used in engagements in order to meet specific business needs of our clients or crunch delivery timelines leveraging the same as re-usable components.

Training :

Focus on continuous training for our consultants through internal and external trainers from training institutes in the US.
