PM Maturity Re-assessment

Once improvements are made, iTalent will re-assess maturity levels in a shorter maturity assessment in order to point out where improvements have been achieved. This assessment will also compare the most recent results with the baseline maturity level of the organization to ensure that the previous improvement plan will still be effective. This allows us to supplement recommendations that reflect current business priorities and focus areas for further advancement.
