Madhu Hittuvalli
Madhu has been appointed president and has extensive experience working in the Sales and Marketing function for IT services including both onsite and offshore services for clients in the commercial and government sector. He has experience working closely with demanding clients under tight deadlines and budgets. Earlier, in India, Madhu has held senior positions in sales and distribution at Coca Cola, ICI Paints, Pfizer and Bajaj Auto. Madhu has degrees in Mechanical engineering from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from IIM Calcutta in India. |

Sridhar Srigiri
Sridhar is Vice President for HR and Talent Acquisition. Sridhar is a computer science engineer with over 13 years of experience in the IT industry. He has helped IT services organizations setup offshore delivery operations and get them up and running in record times. Sridhar brings with him rich experience in recruiting top notch IT talent and setting up HR processes to harness and maximize the potential of all employees. He has helped numerous client managers succeed by finding the right candidates to fill critical IT positions under stringent constraints of budget and time. Sridhar also has extensive training and development experience, having recruited, trained and setup teams of recruiters geographically dispersed yet seamlessly working together as a team.
